The clients send the documents or texts to be translated or proofread to our e-mail in a WORD or PDF file in order to receive a price quotation. Once the price quotation has been provided, and if the clients agree with the terms – price and deadline stipulated, they then make full or partial (50% in advance and 50% upon the delivery of the service they have hired for) payment into the bank account indicated in the quotation slip. The clients can ask to be sent beforehand a sample of the translated or Text Sample Request. to ensure that the quality of the translation or proofreading service does meet their needs or requirements before making payment. After payment confirmation, our native experts will do the job and send the translated or proofread documents, books, videos or texts to the clients within the stipulated deadline without any delay.
